How does it work?
Request the Service
Fill out our online form with the details of your bike and the issue it’s facing.
Transport & Reparation
You will receive a message where you can book an appointment for us to pick up the bike (or scooter) at your home.
Once it is in the workshop, we will confirm the details and provide you with a final quote.
Once the quote is accepted, we will start the dirty work.
Back home
When your bike is ready, we’ll return it to you at the same location.

How is the cost of the pickup service calculated?
The base cost of our pickup and delivery service is €12 for our coverage area (within a 4 km radius of our location). We charge an additional €5 for each extra kilometer beyond this distance. We’ll provide a clear breakdown of the cost when we confirm the estimate.
